Woke Up Down was formed after years of playing live original music with numerous bands in the Cleveland, Ohio area since the early 1990's. Woke Up Down was initially created in 2007 as an outlet for songs that where not in the live line up due to the slower melancholy feel. It wasn't until after the relocation to Florida in 2014 that Woke Up Down developed there preferred style.
